What's on and When?
Release Program Part 1
Starts Thur 5th May @ 6pm
A 4-week program designed by Dee to help participants reclaim their sense of steadiness and ease in their lives. All practices in the course are curated to gently relax the nervous system and release stored trauma for greater self-regulation. This is perfect for people who crave a break from symptoms of stress, depression, anxiety and/or grief.
Kids Yoga & Mindfulness
Starts Wed 4th May @3.30pm
A program designed by Meg to allow your child to explore conscious movements and breaths as well as beautiful moments of steadiness. In a fun and mindful environment, the children will experience the benefits of yoga poses and of slowing down from time to time. Registrations for the term are now open.
Release Program Part 2
Starts Thur 22nd July @ 6pm
This is the second part of The Release Program. This second course will start in July and run for 4 weeks. It will support existing graduates to pursue and dive deeper into their trauma healing journey. This is perfect for people who crave a break from symptoms of stress, depression, anxiety and/or grief.
