Your body is like a plant, first it was a beautiful seed full of potential, then it grew roots and hopefully strong leaves/limbs. And just like a plant, it requires care & attention on a daily basis. Let's have a quick look at what we can do to fertilise our being and make it thrive...
What can you do to look greener?
Not that we want you to look like Shrek of course, but the idea is to maybe bring our levels of "greenness" up the scale of vibrancy a little.
Don't overfill your cup by doing too much in one go, but try instead to do a little every day rather than a lot only once a year...
Here’s how to do it:
Exhale short rapid breaths through the nose every morning
Before ingesting anything, drink a glass of warm water with lemon & ginger
Through the day, consciously take on some rays of sunshine for 5 minutes
Get your feet in contact with a patch of grass, soil or sand
Drink clear water and delicious Sobacha aka Buckwheat Tea
The same way it does not take much for a plant to look alive again, neither does it for our body to feel more energised and vibrant. Simple easy things (that do not require any money or much time btw), can be done and make a huge difference onto your daily lives! More on how to de-stress right here.
And I'm not just saying this because it sounds cool and looks good on paper. I'm saying this because I personally do it and I can sincerely tell you that it works, that it helps me feel more energised and vibrant, and helps my body to operate at its optimum levels.
