Ayurveda is the traditional natural medicine of India dating over five thousand years. The term ayurveda derives from the Sanskrit roots, ayur ("life") and Veda ("science or knowledge") - it is commonly described as a Science of Life that offers great wisdom on how to live a vibrant and healthy Life by realising one's powerful potential.

Ayurveda includes various forms of herbal medicine, marmapuncture, massages, exercise (yoga), and dietary therapy. It is based on the belief that health & wellness depend on a delicate balance between mind, body & spirit, as well as living in accordance with Nature.
Ayurveda says that each human being has a very unique Blueprint or Body-Mind constitution defined by the proportions of 3 Doshas ("qualities") called Vata, Pitta and Kapha, to which the 5 five elements (Ether, Air, Fire, Water, Earth) are associated
