MILLENIA OF DEEP SLEEP. HUH?

Yes, this one is a tough one to swallow, but in order to actually 'Wake Up', we have to first (gently but surely) let the idea sink in that we may have been "slightly" asleep for all these years, or at least that we may not have been seeing things for what they truly were. In what way? In a way that prevented us from blossoming to our full potential. How do we know that? Because for many years we've been in those "sleeping-shoes", but then one day Life made us take them off, and so we saw and experienced the difference. And it rocked!

A WAY OUT OF THE LABYRINTH OF YOUR MIND

From our own experience, observations & deductions, waking up to the truth of what & who we are, i.e., living a vibrant & harmonious life rid of suffering, usually emerges when undertaking a process of UN-Learning (everything we think we know), DE-Cluttering (Body & Mind) and RE-Booting (our entire Being).

Obviously we are not re-inventing the Wheel of Wisdom here, just formulating out loud what passed through us and translating it in a fun & practical way!

UN-LEARN, DE-CLUTTER, RE-BOOT

Under the preconceived ideas & limiting beliefs about oneself, 

under the surface of the conditioned mind, under the mask of false identity, all the way back to the source of who & what you truly are.

Now, even though we are talking about 3 steps here, these are not actual steps to be followed in any particular order. In fact, the process is likely to be even more efficient if you undertake the 3 steps all at the same time. We say steps, but we could also simply talk about components that strongly participate in the "awakening" process of a human being.

There are many ways one can WakeUp to the truth of what we are. From the Yogic path to the buddhist, zen, taoist, nudist ones - all these avenues are leading the individual to the same place - the formless I. Regardless of the country, hairdo or robe styles, these traditions are all pointing to the same & unique truth, to the same & unique Light, just using different metaphors & analogies. In the end, they are all here to Wake us the hell up!
